Diversity

Diversity is not a “nice to have.” It is a commitment. Organizations with diverse leadership are better prepared to understand the needs of all of their constituents and remain relevant and accessible. DHR has recruited more diversity candidates than the firms that specialize in diversity searches. Many of our placements have been promoted in their positions and some now lead the organizations in which they were promoted. DHR is particularly proud of the work it has done with some of the most well-known African American organizations in the United States.
